What kind of events do you do?

Corporate, non-profit, weddings, graduations, birthdays, you name it! We can do them all! We’ve even done a dog’s birthday party. 😉

Is there a minimum amount of time we need to be able to rent the photo booth?

3 hours is our minimum. But trust us, anything less will leave you wanting more!

Can the photo booth be placed outdoors?

Absolutely! Although we would prefer to be indoors in a more controlled environment, our photo booth can be placed outdoors as long as we can connect to strong WiFi and a safe power source that doesn’t put our equipment at risk. If your package includes a printing station, you or your venue will be responsible for providing a steadily shaded area for the photo booth set up so that the printer does not overheat during your event. A 10’ x 10’ tent works great if your venue doesn’t have any shaded areas. Send us a message and we can talk more!

Do I need to provide anything?

Electricity to power us up and WiFi from your venue to be able to electronically send the captures right away. If the WiFi isn’t great, all captures will be put in a queue and sent to you and your guests just as soon as the photo booth makes it back home to steady WiFi.

How much space do you need to set up?

A 10’ x 10’ space is the usual, but we’ll let you know if any more or less is needed.

How long does it take to set up?

We like to get there about 45-60 minutes early if you’re renting our digital booth and then about 60-90 minutes early if you’ve rented the printer booth so that we have plenty of time to find our space, set up and run some tests. But DO NOT WORRY - this time does NOT count towards the rental time.

Do you have props?

Nope! We believe less is more and we love a cleaner looking set up but if you want to provide your own, you are more that welcome to. We’re just not responsible for providing a prop table.

Do you have backdrops?

Yes we do! They are always included in our packages, but they are completely OPTIONAL and best for INDOOR USE. If you are wanting to have the photo booth set up outside with a backdrop, the backdrop MUST be placed against a wall at least 7.6’ tall. However, some of the best times can even be had without one so just let us know if you need it or not. Operating without a backdrop allows your guests more freedom and range of motion during their photo sessions.

Can I use my own backdrop?

ABSOLUTELY! We love to see what creations you guys come up with or if you want to use another vendor to create something beautiful and more personal then that is welcomed as well.

What can you put on the custom start screen?

Anything your (appropriate) heart desires <3 Your event name, who you’re celebrating, your company name, advertisement, a welcome message to your guests. Just let us know and we’ll create it for you.

What is an overlay?

An overlay is the border we’re going to put on your captures that will be electronically sent through text message, email or AirDrop. We can customize it to match your event theme and add some text to it as well!

What is a print template?

A print template is the border we’re going to put on your prints. We can customize it to match your event theme and add some text to it as well! No more plain white border on those photo strips! Unless you want it….

How many photos can I take?

AS MANY AS YOU WANT! Each time a guest comes through the photo booth, it’s considered a “photo session” and we offer unlimited photo sessions for every event.

Do you offer prints?

YES! The standard size is a 2x6 photo strip but you can upgrade to 4x6 prints if you’d like.

Can you do anything else besides photos?

We are so glad you asked. The answer is…..YES! Our photo booth also does boomerangs and GIFs! Each photo session, your guests can choose what they want to do - except in Hands-Free mode. (see below for Hands-Free mode information)

What is a GIF?

A GIF is a series of photos looped together to form an animation. Our photo booth will quickly take 4 photos in one session and loop them together to form an animation which can then be electronically sent.

What is a boomerang?

A boomerang is a short 1-3 second video that is recorded and then repeatedly played forwards and backwards. This is one of the most popular features of our photo booth!

What is Hands-Free mode?

Hands-Free mode is a COVID-friendly option that allows each photo session to be started by simply waving a hand in front of the booth instead of touching the screen to begin. To keep it truly hands-free, we will have to discuss which ONE capture mode you would like the photo booth to run for the duration of the event. Having multiple options requires people to touch the screen to make their choice which means it’s not really hands-free!

Will I be able to see all of the pictures after the event is over?

YES! Our software creates an online gallery for you to be able to see all of your captures from your event which we will send the link to within 1-2 business days. Feel free to share it with your guests in case they lost a copy of their photos and want to download them FREE OF CHARGE! The online gallery is only guaranteed to be available for 14 days after your event so we will also email you a zip file with all captures included.

Can you hold an event day for me while I think about it?

Of course! We can put your event day on hold for two (2) days. On that third day, if the contract is not signed and your non-refundable $250 retainer is not paid, your event date will immediately become available for the public to book. If no one else is waiting for that particular day, we can just send over a new contract to you that will start the clock over.
